Thorough assessment

I have been experiencing some hearing loss for 15 years and finally got around to having it checked (with a bit of nagging from my family!). I am so glad I chose to see Hannah at Buchanan Optometrists and Audiologists as she made the whole experience easy. She spent a long time listening to my concerns, performing the tests and then explaining her results and suggestions. Seeing a video of the inside of my ear was extremely helpful to understand the problems I have been having with ear wax. She pinpointed the reasons for my hearing loss and alleviated my concerns. I'm looking forward to having my wax removed in a couple of weeks and then being fitted for hearing aids. It will be so nice to finally go out for dinner and hear a conversation in its entirety!!
